About us

Witham Housing Association is a charitable, non-profit making organisation founded in 1968. We are committed to providing affordable sheltered housing for older people.

The Association is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. Registered Housing Association No: IP18885R. We are governed by a Board of Management which includes tenant representatives.
