Our Ethos
To this day our ethos remains the same – the provision of affordable housing to older people with a housing need and a connection with Witham.
We aim to provide a friendly and supportive environment with regular activities and outings at both properties.
We like to play an active role in the local community and many of our events are open to non-residents.
Day-to-day running is the responsibility of our resident Operations Manager (based at Podsbrook House) supported by a Support Officer.
The running of the Association is overseen by a Committee of Management who all work on a voluntary basis.
Both properties have tenant representatives who are invited to attend Committee of Management meetings at least once a quarter.
